Shipping
All orders are usually shipped within 2-5 working days from confirmation of order, subject to availability of stock and receipt of payment. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment including any tracking information if applicable. All items purchased from Sounds Limited are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from Sounds Limited to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier.
Insurance on all packages are part of shipping cost, contact

Triton Express (door to door) deliveries are normally used to send our items. We may use different couriers depending on the weight, size and destination of the order.
Shipping Costs
Our standard shipping cost is R126.00 to your door for single item and R285.00 to your door For multiple items, (no matter how mony items). These shipping cost apply to areas within South African borders only. If alternative shipping is required or shipping overseas, then please email us at

Returns
Faulty equipment is to be returned to Sounds Limited, and any shipping costs will be for your account.
If items are returned within 24 hours from purchase, a full credit will be passed.
All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 7 days of receipt and let us know why you are not satisfied. We will then issue a return number and the return delivery address. Upon receipt of the item it will then be inspected and if it is still in its original packaging, undamaged, and not used we will refund your money less 10% handling fee.
